Donation policy

Below are the terms and conditions for using this donation platform.

Online donations

Vivamos Mejor does not store any card data. Your payment information is securely encrypted and transferred via the Datatrans Payment Gateway to a partner certified under the PCI DSS standards of the credit card industry. Our service providers are authorised to use this information solely for performing their duties and are required to comply with Swiss data protection regulations.

Your personal data is handled with the utmost confidentiality: Vivamos Mejor does not trade, rent, sell, or exchange any adresses or personal information. We comply with the applicable data protection laws, including the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG/LPD).

The donation made cannot be revoked or reclaimed. However, you can deduct your donation from your taxable income.

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@vivamosmejor.ch or by calling: +41 (0)31 331 39 29. Refunds for donations already made are not possible.

Donors will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes, sent either by letter or email. All donations go to Vivamos Mejor.
